Reimbursement Process

Opting a non-network provider shall be processed as claim reimbursement.

Settlement of claim is based on members table of benefits and reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement claim are to be submitted online using myNas App.

Claim settlements shall be covered on 50% on actual bill.

Inpatient treatment outside network require pre-approval from the insurance company.

For Inpatient treatment outside network Pre-approvals, request to be send to : reimbursement@nas.ae

Pre Approval to be seeked before availing outside network inpatient treatment.
